I will not ship out any substandard items and will notify you if I think that they didn’t meet my expectations and that I need to remake them, which may cause some time delays. Any item you purchase is one of a kind. The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order. All my products are handcrafted by me, one at a time, making it infrequent to create identical items. They will be more like "sisters" than "twins" when ordering multiples of the same item.
